Read the terms and conditions of rental supplied. Then contact me by phone or e-mail and we will reserve the dates you want (if they are available) for 7 days while you sort out you flights. A deposit of £75 for each week that you book will be required with the completed booking form.

There is no specific change over days, if you want to use the apartment after 11am on departure day we will accommodate you if we can.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
The completed, and signed booking form showing names and ages of all persons in the holiday party must be returned accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of £75 for each week or part there of booked. The person signing the form confirms that he/she has the authority of all other persons included in the holiday party to make the booking on their behalf and that he/she has read and accepted the booking conditions. The deposit is accepted as part payment towards the total cost of the holiday accommodation. Under no circumstances may the booking be, sold on, transferred, or gifted to any other person or persons. N B: This booking form must be received within SEVEN DAYS of a reservation being made; Failure to comply will invalidate the reservation.
1.(a) The balance of the cost of your holiday accommodation must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure date, or as we may otherwise specify. If you book within 8 weeks of departure date, you must pay the total cost of your holiday accommodation at the time of booking.
(b) If we do not receive unconditional payment of the balance by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking, all monies paid are forfeit, except for any key or inventory deposit
2. Should it become necessary due to unforeseen circumstances for us to make a change to your holiday accommodation we will do our best to find an acceptable alternative but do not undertake to provide an alternative. Our financial obligation if an alternative cannot be found is limited to a full refund.
3.Cancellation. Any cancellation by you will result in the loss of all monies paid. It is a condition of this contract that you and all members of your party will have adequate holiday insurance cover at the time of booking, which will include cancellation cover.
4.The owners of the apartment are not responsible in any way for any accident, bodily injury, death, illness, loss of property, or mishap to any guests whist they are visiting or renting the apartment or any part of the complex.
5.Guests are specifically requested not to allow children to use or play in and around the swimming pool unsupervised.
6.All passport, visa, health documents and travel insurance are the responsibility of yourself and the members of your party. We do not accept any responsibility for any irregularities of personal documentation.
7.During your occupation of the apartment you will accept full responsibility for the safety and security of the apartment. (For example, ensuring that the apartment is secure when you go out, supervising children to avoid hazards etc.) We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or injury incurred by you or any member of your party. You must report any dissatisfaction or malfunction of equipment to our agents and also by telephone to us in the UKwithin 24hrs of becoming aware of the problem. You must also confirm any such concern or dissatisfaction in writing within seven days of your return to the UK. Failure to comply with these terms will impede our ability to deal with any such problems.
8.If a party size exceeding that stated on this booking form attempts to take up residence in the apartment we reserve the right to evict the whole party, or to with hold the key deposit. Any extra guests must be declared.
9.The signatory on this booking form agrees to pay in full for any loss or damage to fixtures, fittings and damage to the property. The owner of the apartment will be the sole arbitrator on cause and effect of such damage or loss.
