Bedrooms

2 bedrooms one double and one twin. Both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The master bedroom also has a new 15 inch wall mounted lcd tv with dvd player. Hairdryer in both bedrooms.

 

Lounge /dining room

 

Open plan room recently refurbished (July 2010) and furnished to a very high standard, with brand new 32 inch Samsung lcd flat screen tv, dvd player and cd player, two new sofas. Table and six chairs for dining.  Patio doors to balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs. Air conditioning.

 

Kitchen

 

Fully fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, brand new fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. There is a second small balcony off the kitchen, which is an ideal spot to watch the sun set.

 

Bathroom

 

Bathroom with over bath shower, basin and WC.

 

Swimming pool.

 

Swimming pool for the sole use of the 24 complex apartments. There is a poolside showers and toilet facility, which is ideal if you have young children. 

 

Gardens

 

The garden areas are maintained to a high standard and contain an assortment of trees and shrubs.

 

Car Hire

 

A car is not required due to the excellent location of the apartment, however if you wish to tour the Island we can provide a list of excellent hire car companies, which we have personally used.

 

Airport Transfers

 

Transport from Paphos airport can be arranged. We use a very reliable taxi driver called Panicos who will meet you at the airport arrivals gate. Parties of a larger size can catered for. The price for an airport pick up in his air-conditioned 8 seater people carrier costs about 30 euros.
